Do you feel the pressure to create BIG GOALS for 2016?
I do. And I don’t like it (the pressure that is).
Starting the year off feeling stressed and comparing your plans with the Facebook highlight reel will only make you feel like crap. Instead, I encourage you to sit down with yourself and ask the right questions to reflect on 2015.
This week I decided to record a short podcast where I shared the answers to three questions I’m asking myself going into 2016:

- When do you feel most like yourself?
- How do you want to feel?
I highly encourage you to take a few moments today or early in 2016 to reflect and ask yourself questions that can help lead to your big break.
